Requirements

The PX7 Video apps require macOS 14 or later on an Apple silicon or Intel Mac.

Before sending feedback

Include the app name, version, macOS version and the steps that led to the problem.

Existing Video Assemble customers

Assemble is no longer offered to new customers. Existing updater and release download links remain available.

Check that source media still exists at the location used by the project. If files were moved, choose File → Relink Missing Media.

For export problems, include the source format, approximate duration, canvas format and the exact error shown by Assemble. Do not send private footage unless you explicitly want it examined.
